Take 15
It is easy to get busy and forget to take care of yourself. Why not Take 15? It’s as easy as taking 15 minutes at least once a day to get a little healthier…mentally and physically.
For instance, you can Take 15 to get up, move around and get away from your computer for a few minutes. Stretch your legs and let your eyes rest for a little while before you get back to your busy day.
When possible, take a 15 minute break to go outside and enjoy the fresh air. Go to the break room to fill up your water cup, and you may run into one of your colleagues to chat a few minutes to take your mind off of a stressful task you may be dealing with or a tough call you just finished. And don’t forget to take a few minutes in between long calls to take a deep breath and put the smile back in your voice.
Take 15 to log into your Prevention Plan. There are lots of great resources available to all of us. Take 15 to sign up for a challenge or enroll in an action program. Most action programs are very user friendly and easy to follow, contain lots of useful information. Take 15 to educate yourself on the things that will help you live a healthier life and make you a happier, more productive person.
You are worth it.
